The other day, as I was walking through the forest, I stumbled upon a majestically beautiful, old piece of wood that later reminded me of one of the many DIY projects made of twigs and branches. Wow, I thought, this branch fork, painted white, would be the perfect decorative element on the bedroom wall (roughly as the picture below shows).
Creative wall decoration of branches and branches
Unfortunately, it is the bedroom of my old-fashioned father, who did not really like this idea. I myself am only visiting and lead a nomadic life at the time.
Old, naturally broken branches and branches are abundant in forests, but finding the perfect model is not that easy. In Germany, it is legally forbidden to loot or damage the forest. Free, there is only so-called “reading wood”. These are smaller branches that are already on the ground, and can easily be taken away. If you live by the river or the sea, it may even be easier. Because washed up driftwood, is ideal for these purposes.
And that’s exactly what this wood is about today. Old, dried branches and branches. The sizes are different. Often even after storms, one finds broken giant branches that trimmed down, turn out to be an incredibly creative decoration.
So that you have a small idea of how valuable such old wood can be after its lifetime, here are some of my DIY favorites:

ground of birch trunks with branch forks
A piece of raw nature for the home. This is certainly no longer “reading wood”. The result: simply amazing and unique.
Birch trunks are not only great wall decorations, they also make a nice bed. But it depends on the appropriate, as branched tribes. Such a suitable birch trunk with branch fork can also be found occasionally at Ebay classifieds.
